I got off of work early hoping to get an early start since we had heard the road to French Meadows was something, canyons,
cliffss... etc.
I got to Sinda's around 4pm. But we didn't end up leaving until after 6pm.
By the time we got to the campsites it was dark.
The road up was a very curvy one, 34 miles of curve and steep canyon below. It wasn't as bad as expected although
I did close my eyes in a few spots, thank God Sinda was driving.
